My name is Mory, I’m a developer and entrepreneur. I’ve always been passionate about building useful projects, automation, and concrete solutions to real problems. For me, innovation only makes sense when it can truly change people’s lives.
Sponta.io was born from a very personal experience: searching for an apprenticeship in a difficult job market. Few job postings, lots of competition, and very few responses. I found myself facing a saturated system... and alone.
So I took a shortcut. I built a prototype for myself that allowed me to contact companies directly — without waiting for them to post a job offer, without going through traditional channels. The results exceeded my expectations: quick replies, interviews, real opportunities. That’s when I realized: everyone should have access to this power.
Today, Sponta.io is designed for that purpose. It helps anyone apply easily, quickly, and in a targeted way. It’s a new way to find a job — more proactive, more direct, and above all, more fair.
My goal isn’t just to automate applications. My goal is to give a real chance to those who don’t have connections, recommendations, or simply the time to wait for a reply that might never come.
